Yep, it's me and my scary stuff again! I found this on Etsy whilst searching for horror themed colouring books, and although it's technically an activity book there's lots of colouring to do inside! The book (or Zine, as it's only a short one) comes from London-based group 'Pizza Eaters' who make other popular culture TV zines like this, including The X-Files, Lost, Twin Peaks & Dexter. As you can imagine this one's all about scary movies, both popular and a little more obscure. Have a look inside, if you dare! As I said it is only a small book, with 8 double-sided pages sized at about A6, so don't expect a full sized colouring book. The paper is good enough for water based markers, and I love the illustrations and activities they've included. The only thing I would say is some of the films are a little TOO obscure, as a couple of them I didn't recognise at all (and I thought I was a horror movie buff). I would have liked to see more popular movies like Saw, The Ring, The Exorcist, etc., just because I think they'd be cool to colour. Then again, I was pleasantly surprised to see lesser-known cult horrors like Funny Games, Martyrs, and Trick R Treat in there, so I guess it just depends what you've seen and what you haven't. Here's my finished pages! Two great Hallowe'en movies :D
This book was given to me in exchange for an honest review. You can find the whole collection of zines on Pizza Eaters Etsy page.

I'm the colouring fan and my boyfriend is The Wire fan ;) I think he'd like me to have this (he could pin them at his desk!).

I absolutely love Deep Rising. The perfect mix of horror with a bit of tongue in cheek comedy thrown in.
