Mini Review: Enchanted Forest Notecards

Here's a little review for you of the new Enchanted Forest Notecard Set, released in the UK today. 

Enchanted Forest is my favourite of Johanna Basford's books, and as a self-confessed stationery connoisseur I was excited to find that the publisher was releasing this set of beautiful colouring notecards with illustrations from the book.

The box is beautifully presented with gold foiling detail that matches the cover of the book. It's made of sturdy card and contains 12 cards and envelopes, each with different illustrations from Enchanted Forest. These illustrations include the owl, unicorns, squirrel, compass, castle and more.

The cards themselves are ivory coloured and blank inside, as is the reverse bar a cute little dandelion and the publishing information in small print at the bottom.

Johanna's illustrations are very detailed by nature, but as these have been scaled down to A6 the colouring spaces are even more intricate. Fineliners at the ready! Overall I'm pleased as punch with these lovely, delicate notecards and can't wait to colour more and gift them to friends & family.
