Welcome to the second in my series of pencil combination charts! This time it's Faber Castell Polychromos, and I have 50 awesome combos for you all! Included in the download is both the blank and the coloured chart, so you can fill it in yourself if you wish or you can print out my coloured version. I am planning on doing this with Holbein pencils too, so watch out for that chart coming soon! Find my Prismacolor Premier combos chart here. In this download you will find perfect combos for skin & hair tones, simple tri-colour blends, and combos with completely different colours. Click the button below to download the free chart and have fun mixing those colours! NB: I used my 120 Polychromos set when creating this chart, so some colours used may not be present in smaller sets.

Claire...I do not know how to express my gratefulness to you in just a few words. I want you to know that I am thrilled with having these charts to help me in my coloring. I know this took hours/days of your time to make. You are very gracious and kind to do this for me and others. I really like your website. You have done an exceptional work in gathering information that is so helpful to me and others. You are the kind of person that everyone wants for their friend: thoughtful, caring, giving and you share your knowledge of every aspect of coloring. I value your expertise and thank you sincerely for doing all of this for people like me. God bless you dear.

Thankyou so much for this. I am about to get 40 pencils for my birthday, to add to my collection of 6! So using them to theirpotential, for the $ outlay is important to me!

Thank you so much for taking the time to do this. I've been finding these a little difficult to blend correctly as it's the fist time I've used them. I have the 120 set. I use it for colouring, so this a huge help. I have been looking for a combination chart for polychromos for ages and just stumbled upon this. Thank you once again! :)

Thank you for the color combo charts. This will help my coloring improve so much. I have the most difficulty knowing which colors go together, then when I do have a small section colored in, I stumble with which other colors will go with initial coloring that will not make my work look truly horrid! Thanks again.

Hi Claire. I've been following you on YouTube for a bit now and I'm really enjoying leaning a new skill. Thank you so much. Quick question...Have you ever done colour combinations for Ciaran D'ache Pablos? I live in Ireland and the Prismacolor are impossible to get in open stock (I have the 150 set but am running low on some). My local art shop do the Pablos but not Polychromos, which is driving me mad. I've heard excellent things about Polychromos but I want to gradually get a new set rather than having to buy a big set all at once (which I could do on Amazon for Polys) so I might be stuck with the Pablos (which I know are top pencils - it's just that no one does tutorials or combinations for them!). No matter what, I'm enjoying what you do, which is so very kind and talented - maybe I have to be brave enough to experiment with my own blends in the Pablos! Xx

Hi Bryonie, I'm sorry but I don't have any charts for Pablos as I don't get on well with the pencils & no longer own them. Try to do a colour match with this chart or my Prisma one and see if you can emulate the combos? xx
