Color Me! by Mary Engelbreit

Mary Engelbreit is an artist and illustrator from Missouri, USA, who has been creating beautiful and whimsical drawings from her studio since the age of 11! Yes, her parents set up their old linen closet as an art room for a young Mary, and it's from there her talent grew into becoming the children's book illustrator and hugely successful businesswoman she is today. Her own line of products, Paperworks, includes stunning greetings cards, colouring books and other related media, and lifetime sales of licensed products featuring Mary's artwork is over $1 billion! 

Color Me! contains 12 cheerful illustrations, including quotations and artwork for colourists of all ages, in her endearing, warm-hearted style. The drawings have a playful, 'country' feel to them, and appeal to the young and young at heart. The !ME! emblem is featured on every page, and doubles as Mary's initials as well as the title of the book. 

I love the homely feel of Mary's illustrations, each page so charming and delightful with just the right amount of detail and theme to make it interesting for adults without being too childish.
The paper is good, white quality and each single-sided page is perforated, making removal easy. Some of these sheets would look lovely framed and given as gifts, or even for use in scrapbooking and other crafts.
