A very unusual and exciting book to show you now, one which has over 2,000 possible colouring combinations! Color Her is a book of female icons, both mythological and modern day, which you can mix and match to create your "uber woman"! It's described as a Feminist book as it celebrates the complex lives of women only, but I don't pigeon-hole it as that- it's a super fun book that is enjoyable for all colourists; men, women and children alike!

The book features 12 themed ladies from Farm Girl to Rockstar Fairy, and divides them into three sections: head, body and legs. You then flip the sections over to mix up the style. At the end of the book there's space for you to draw yourself and join the fun!
The book is spiral bound for obvious reasons and is made from premium quality cardstock- even alcohol markers don't leak through onto the next page, which demonstrates just how thick the card is.

The book is made in Canada and due to the high quality production is not available on Amazon in different countries, so international buyers will have to order from the Color Her website. Including postage, it costs just over £17 for UK buyers, which I know sounds a lot. I think it's one of those books that if you love the idea behind it, you'll think it's worth it. If you consider the amount of combinations you can create, the quality and just how fun the format is, it's a purchase you might just want to treat yourself to.

Here's my finished lady, a mixture of stunning Feminist icon Frida Kahlo, a tattooed Medusa and a Mermaid :)
